1. Who we are

This site, arenasrealtor.com, is operated by Raúl Arenas, an independent real estate advisor in Panama City, Panama. Besides the website, the operator uses a personal calendar-planning tool called "Calendar Manager".

2. Data Calendar Manager accesses

Calendar Manager is a personal command-line tool that the operator uses only with their own Google account. Through Google OAuth it requests the scope https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar and accesses:

  • Event details and free/busy information from the operator's own Google Calendar, used to find open time slots.
  • Events the tool itself creates on a dedicated calendar named "Calendar Manager — Auto-planned".

3. How data is used

Only to build the operator's own weekly schedule. Nothing else.

4. Storage

OAuth tokens and cached calendar data are stored locally on the operator's own computer. Nothing is uploaded to any third-party server or database.

5. Sharing

The Google user data that Calendar Manager receives:

  • Is not sold, shared or transferred to third parties.
  • Is not used for advertising.
  • Is not used to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
  • Is not read by any human except the account owner.

6. Google API Services User Data Policy

The use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy

7. Website visitors

Forms. If you submit the contact, property valuation or newsletter form, we receive what you type: name, WhatsApp, email, property of interest, message, preferred date and time and, for valuations, the building and number of bedrooms. It is stored in a database and a notification email goes to Raúl, including your IP address. Both services are provided by vendors that process the data only to operate the site. We use this data only to reply to you and follow up. We do not sell it.

Analytics and advertising. The site may use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta Pixel to measure visits and ad performance. These tools may set cookies and receive data such as your IP, device and the pages you view. You can block them in your browser settings.

Hosting. The site is hosted by an infrastructure provider that logs technical data about each request (for example IP and browser) to run and protect the service.

This section does not apply to Calendar Manager. Google Calendar data is never mixed with website visitor data.

8. Retention and deletion

You can revoke Calendar Manager's access at any time at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. Tokens and cached data live on the operator's computer and are removed by deleting the local files.

Data sent through forms is kept as long as needed to reply to you and follow up, and deleted when you ask.
