By using arenasrealtor.com or the Calendar Manager tool you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the tool.

Calendar Manager is a personal productivity tool that the operator uses with their own Google account. It is provided as-is, with no support or warranty.

The website provides real estate information about properties and markets in Panama.

3. No warranty and limitation of liability

The site and the tool are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the extent permitted by law, Raúl Arenas is not liable for direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the tool, or for decisions made based on their content.

4. Real estate content

Site content is informational. It is not legal, tax or investment advice. Prices, availability and property features may change without notice. Verify everything with a professional before you decide.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the site for illegal activity, to try to access systems or data without authorization, to interfere with its operation, or to submit false information or information about others without their permission. You also may not scrape the site's content in bulk without authorization.

6. Intellectual property

The site's text, photographs, graphics and design belong to Raúl Arenas or are used with permission from their owners. You may not copy or reuse them without written authorization.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama.
